This is my first review in 33 years, this man deserves every bit of it to. First day I got the quote and me and josh spoke like we had been friends for life. His respect is far beyond many, he walked me through the process so good I thought I was doing
the job myself haha. He said metal would ne there the next day and he would be installing it, well he is a man of his word and rolled but made sure he done a quality job at the same time. Man worked from sun up to sun down, his work ethic is rare. last day
he came back and finished up everything and man it looks good. Overall if you want a quality job done in a timely manner by a respectful, professional person that is not trying to get over on someone with a ridiculous price then look no further. Not only did
I get all that but also a friend and never thought I would come out with that. Hands down best and easiest person I have dealt with in this situation.

Since we met Josh & his wife they have become our “goto” contractor for repairs or improvements. They are honest people who take pride in doing things right. They also have Christian hearts, seeing their work also as ministry, to bless others. They do
a wonderful job, use them! MHM.

We were recently blessed with the opportunity to live in the farm house on our ministry property. We had many projects and renovations to complete in a month so we could move in. We called several areas of the house, “The fun house”, as the floors weren’t
level and some of the walls leaned fe settling. Josh honestly has worked miracles and made this house look amazing. He is meticulous, honest, and dedicated to finishing projects in a timely manner. He replaced flooring throughout the whole house (carpet and
laminate), replaced the roof, gutters, renovated a bathroom no one else would tackle, replaced all the windows in the house, replaced electrical and water lines, and so much more. He is a Christian who has integrity in everything he does. God answered a huge
prayer by sending Josh our way and it’s been a pleasure getting to know him and share stories as he works to make lemons into lemonade with this 1861 farmhouse.

Absolutely a pleasure to deal with! Top notch work and craftsmanship on a very tough repair job. A fair (and above all) HONEST man that I will not hesitate to hire in the future. A pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend.

and on budget. This included electrical work, framing, and drywall. Now that we are confident that Speight Contractors can accommodate all our construction needs, we will be contacting them to complete our finished basement project and FROG.

Josh Speightcontractors.com did a fantastic job on our house and garage. He even built a wonderful lean to for our firewood..no more tarps! Our garage was a mess! First of all it was flat in the back and leaked every time it rained. Josh rebuilt the back
and put a pitch on the roof. It looks amazing! He worked nonstop early morning to after dark. He was here every day until the job was complete. He even came on the day it snowed to make sure there were no problems.


Josh is trustworthy and thoughtful with many great ideas. Most of all when he tells you something he sticks to his word!

A few years after having a new roof put on our home we noticed a problem first in the laundry room and then in the kitchen, needless to say the roofing company who had done the work was nowhere to be found. So the nightmare of estimates began, only after
four other roofing companies staying it would take a whole new roof because they couldn't tell where the problem was. Joshua ask could he take a look at it for us and he did and went right to the problem, not only did he fix the roof in one day but Joshua
saved us thousand of dollars. Needless to say we have not had any problems with the roof or any other work Speight Contractors has done for us. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone who has a need for a great contractor because the job is always
